Absolutely amazing experience at Domus Glamping. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out immediately. The staff was extremely welcoming, professional, attentive, and made sure every part of the stay felt smooth and stress-free. Room service was fast, reliable, and they genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The glamping experience itself feels unreal — waking up to panoramic lake and mountain views, enjoying the private jacuzzi, and having such a peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a luxury escape in nature. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. An unforgettable glamping experience in Guatapé ✨ From the moment you arrive, the place feels full of magic. The location is stunning, the service is exceptional, and the accommodations are beautifully designed to make you feel comfortable and connected with nature at the same time. What truly made the experience stand out was the attention to detail. Molina welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and walked us through every little detail in the room to ensure we had the best possible stay. That level of care makes all the difference. One of my favorite spots on our Colombia trip so far. Very clean. Well organized, and fun place. The domo is beautifully decorated and we used the jacuzzi both at night and in the morning. Bubbles can be added too! Roasted marshmallows at night were a great touch. Also the food was outstanding. My biggest feedback is the people were so kind and friendly. We felt at home right away.
